Women’s Community Bible Study Coming in January

It is my pleasure to invite you all to the very first Forestburg Community Women’s Bible Study. The authors of the study, Beth Moore, Priscilla Shirer, and Kay Arthur will challenge us as we study the life of David, and discover how we, as flawed, sinful individuals can be useful to God and receive the blessing of His presence despite our shortcomings. I hope and pray that you will make time for this weekly study in your busy schedules. I assure you that the blessings you will receive will far outweigh the sacrifice of two hours from your week.
This will be a non-denominational gathering of women seeking to:
- Encourage & support each other through fellowship
- Learn from one another
- Increase our knowledge of the Word of God
- Apply God’s Word to our lives in practical ways
- Grow in our relationships with Jesus Christ
The 8 Sessions are as follows:
January 12: Introduction
January 19: “Established and Empowered”
January 26: “Directed and Guaranteed”
February 2: “Moving Past Our Devastation”
February 9: “Moving On with Brave Obedience”
February 16: “Sin Is Deadly”
Febrauary 23: “God Is Gracious”
March 2: Fellowship Brunch
When and Where?
MORNING STUDY:
When: Tuesday mornings, 9:00-11:00
Where: Forestburg Community Center
Childcare: at Forestburg Baptist Church (please drop kids off at 8:45)
EVENING STUDY:
When: Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:30
Where: Forestburg Baptist Church
